For returns and refunds, please contact store@oioijewellery.it.

Return window

Unless an exception applies (see below), you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting store@oioijewellery.it.

Conditions for eligible returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unused and unworn

Original tags intact where supplied

In original jewellery packaging, where reasonably possible

You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Email store@oioijewellery.it before sending anything back.

We will confirm whether your return can be accepted and give you instructions.

Do not return goods without contacting us first. Items shipped back without prior agreement cannot be logged or refunded.

If we approve your return, we will communicate how to ship the parcel (for example prepaid label versus postage you pay yourself, customs, duties, insured shipping for jewellery) depending on where you ship from and the carrier options we have available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately at store@oioijewellery.it if:

An item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect versus what you ordered, or

Packaging shows severe damage suggesting possible tampering.

We may ask for photos before agreeing to repair, replacement or refund where that makes sense.

Exceptions — non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned under this policy:

Made-to-order / custom / personalised work

Pieces that are clearly commissioned, made to measure, engraved or permanently customised, resized for you, or sold as made for you, are normally final sale. We spell this out in the listing or checkout where it applies—if unsure, email before ordering.

Hygiene

For wear-through-the-skin items (such as piercing-style jewellery worn that way), we may refuse returns once sealing or hygienic wrapping is broken — we say so clearly on product pages when we apply this rule.

Not resalable condition

Products that are worn, badly scuffed, damaged, obviously altered, or returned without protective packaging or proof of purchase, may be refused under this policy.

If you are unsure whether your piece can be returned, write to store@oioijewellery.it before buying or before shipping anything back.

Exchanges

The usual workflow is: we approve a return, you get a refund if entitled, then you place a new order. For bespoke rings, resizing is not always interchangeable with a swap—ask before mailing anything.

International Customers

Purchasers outside Italy may depend on customs, declared value, tariffs and return postage charged to you—we explain that when we answer your first return email where material.

Refunds processing

Once we receive and approve an eligible returned item:

You will hear from us confirming accepted or rejected. If accepted, refunds go back to your original payment method wherever possible — allow about ten business days after we approve, plus your bank's own delay.

After about fifteen working days past approval, if nothing shows, email store@oioijewellery.it with your order ID.

Outbound shipping charges normally stay with you unless we told you differently in writing (for example mistaken shipment or warranty case).

Partial deductions

Occasionally we're allowed — under fairness rules wherever you reside — to keep a percentage reflecting clear loss where an item arrives back visibly used beyond unpacking for inspection.
